Room Inspiration № 23
MacKenzie-Childs Blue & White Check Kitchen
A cathedral-ceilinged white cottage kitchen with a pond view — glass-front cabinets stacked with blue-and-white transferware, a pair of brass bell-jar lanterns over a deep walnut island, and MacKenzie-Childs Royal Check everywhere you look. The checked tea kettle sits on the range, canisters march along the counter, and the Royal Check toaster anchors the island beside a Courtly Check French press, the cow creamery butter dish, and a hydrangea tea kettle dish towel draped over the edge. It's the most joyful version of blue and white — classic Nantucket bones with a little checkerboard mischief.
